Does Proteside work on my e-commerce platform?
Yes. Proteside is a script that works on any e-commerce platform that lets you add code to the payment page, as well as on custom checkouts. During the trial, the step-by-step guide shows you where to paste it.
Do I need a developer to install it?
For most stores, no: you copy and paste one line of code into your platform’s scripts field. If you need help, our support team will assist you during the free trial.
What happens when Proteside blocks an attempt?
The tampered payment is stopped before it’s confirmed, your customer doesn’t pay the scammer, and you receive an alert with a record of what was blocked.
What is a monitored pageview?
A monitored pageview is any page load where the Proteside script is active. Installing it only on payment pages makes efficient use of your plan’s allowance; if you need more, just switch plans from your dashboard.
Does the free trial charge anything?
