Frequently asked questions
What counts as a checkout pageview?
Every load of a page where the Proteside script is active. Install it only on your payment pages and the rest of your site stays out of the count, so you make the most of your plan's volume.
How do I pick a Business tier?
Add up the monthly views of your checkout and payment pages. In Google Analytics, filter the pages report by your checkout URLs. If your volume grows, switch tiers from the dashboard with no reinstall.
What is the difference between Store and Business?
Payment protection is the same. Store covers one store, with email alerts and 7 days of history. Business adds the PCI DSS 6.4.3 and 11.6.1 report, unlimited domains and users, integrations and 90 days of history.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Store and Business come with a 14-day free trial. A card is requested at signup and billing only starts after the trial, if you continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment and you can cancel from the dashboard. On annual plans, the discount applies for the contracted period.
What if I go over my plan's volume?
Nothing gets blocked. The dashboard warns you as you approach the limit and suggests the next tier. Above 500,000 pageviews a month, our team puts together an Enterprise contract.
Which currency am I billed in?
Brazilian reais in Brazil, with a local tax invoice, and US dollars everywhere else.
